This system is not for everyone. Your average couch potato, novice is not going to all of a sudden get a washboard stomach with this system. But it can be a jump start if you can get out of the couch potato syndrome
. On the other hand this book will work great for the person that is already working out but can’t seem to reach the next level, has “hit the wall” in a sense. This system will be a great addition to your routine with plenty of knowledge that will even help a seasoned athlete!
